WS Group operates, directly or indirectly, spaces for customers under the Apartments WS brand.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter CGV) apply to all bookings, regardless of the sales channel used.
ARTICLE 1 - RESERVATION
1.1 Confirmation of Booking Reception: A reservation of a space by the Operator is only valid after the Operator has confirmed the reservation in writing. The customer's reservation is the subject of an acknowledgement of receipt by email sent by the operator to the customer, summarizing and confirming the reservation. 1.2 Before ordering Services, the Customer declares that these Services are reserved for his personal needs. ARTICLE 2 - RATES
Unless otherwise stated, all bookings, regardless of their origin, are paid in Euros. Prices can be changed flexibly according to various customizable criteria such as the reservation date, the start date of your reservation, the duration of the reservation, the type of space.
For each space, for the date and duration of the reservation selected, regardless of the number of people occupying the apartment (within the limit of the maximum number authorized), apply per night or per hour depending on the reservation, the rent of the space, the rent of the space, taxes and charges (water, electricity, heating).
Subject to applicable local regulations, some additional taxes such as reservation tax will be charged upon arrival at the space. Unless they are not included in the price or specifically selected at the time of booking, ancillary services are optional and may incur additional costs.
Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by any competent authority will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the billing date. The sample rates indicated on the communication medium and on the site are indicative of certain selected reservations and only apply for the dates and departure points indicated.
ARTICLE 3 — APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
14.1 The Services and General Conditions of the Operator are governed by French law without prejudice to applicable law under the provisions of private international law. This applies to both content and formal provisions.
14.2 The Tenant cannot invoke the legal provisions applicable to the rental of the residence, in particular with regard to reservations in the premises. Residents do not under any circumstances undertake to settle at the address of the property or to rent or sublet the space to third parties for fiscal or professional purposes.
14.3 In accordance with current regulations, customers may be asked to fill out a police form upon arrival at the spaces. For this reason, customers are asked to show a valid ID to see if they are required to fill out a police form.
ARTICLE 4 - AFTER-SALES
Our team is available throughout your reservation to process your complaints, rectify any anomalies detected, and ensure that you make the most of your stay. If you have a request, you should contact them.

Within 2 months after the end of your reservation so that we can answer you as soon as possible. Please note that the more hesitant you are to file a complaint, the more difficult it will be for us to respond to your request in the best interests of you. In the letter, please include the name of the person who booked the unit, the reservation number, the location and dates of the reservation, and the type of reserved space to facilitate the processing of your request. Likewise, please attach to your letter all the supporting documents allowing us to limit the processing time of your complaint.
